What the SageForge Programme Involves

SageForge begins with a six-week classroom-based Foundation Block in Ibadan covering business fundamentals, leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration and the CapitalSage ecosystem.

After the Foundation Block, participants move into their selected business stream. Associates work on live projects and operational or commercial challenges while receiving coaching, mentorship, feedback and structured professional development through month twelve.
