About the Programme
GE Vernova’s Early Career Trainee programme is designed to develop young engineering talent by providing practical exposure to real-world energy projects.
Selected trainees will gain experience supporting customers, troubleshooting technical challenges, assisting with commissioning activities and working with global engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
The trainee will:
- Provide testing, commissioning and technical support to customers
- Support onsite, office and factory service activities
- Provide remote technical assistance and troubleshoot product issues
- Receive, analyse and track customer repair and support requests
- Work with factories, repair centres, logistics teams and customers
- Help achieve fast resolution of technical requests
- Analyse installed equipment data and recommend upgrades or repairs
- Support implementation of engineering solutions at customer sites
- Prepare technical documentation including:
- Test reports
- Repair reports
- Technical findings
- Solution documentation
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering
- Related engineering fields
Additional requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
