What the Role Involves
The position will support ICT infrastructure, connectivity, systems and end-user services. Responsibilities include maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and VPN infrastructure, troubleshooting network equipment, supporting connectivity technologies and maintaining ICT power-resilience systems.
The role also covers:
- Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and Active Directory.
- Laptop, desktop and mobile device support.

Technical experience should include Cisco Meraki infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows operating systems, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, cybersecurity and cloud-based applications. Experience with fibre, Starlink, VSAT, radio, CCTV/IP surveillance and backup-power systems is also relevant.
Experience in an NGO, humanitarian or field-based environment is an advantage.
Additional Information
