DHL Supply Chain has announced that its next UK graduate recruitment round opens on 28 September 2026 for a September 2027 start. As of this article’s publication on 27 September, the opening date is still upcoming.
Five career pathways
The programmes cover Supply Chain and Logistics, Technology, Finance, Human Resources and Project Management. They last between two and three years, combining practical responsibilities with structured development. The finance route includes study towards the CIMA professional qualification.
Academic and work-authorisation requirements
Applicants should have, or be on track for, a 2:1 degree or above. Relevant degree subjects depend on the individual vacancy. DHL Supply Chain states that these early-career programmes do not offer work-visa sponsorship; candidates must already have the right to work in the UK.
Application stages
The published process includes an online application and situational assessment, a video interview, an insight day and an assessment centre. Check each live role for its location, requirements and closing date.
Choose a pathway deliberately

Consider the practical side of the programme too. Check where placements are based and whether you could manage a change of location. Review any stated relocation support against likely costs rather than assuming it will cover everything. Keep a copy of the exact vacancy you apply for, because programme-wide descriptions may not answer role-specific questions.
