Eligibility
Applicants must hold Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese or Palestinian nationality and normally reside in the Foundation’s target countries. The official FAQ explains exceptions, including displaced Syrians and eligible Palestinians displaced from Gaza.
Candidates need an undergraduate qualification equivalent to a UK 2:1 or higher, or be in their final undergraduate year. Relevant work or volunteering, leadership potential and a clear plan to contribute after study are important. Applicants must meet both the Foundation’s and the university’s English requirements; an English test certificate must accompany the application.

Required Documents
The document checklist includes school results, university transcripts and degree evidence, eligible-country ID or passport, an English certificate, a CV of no more than two pages without a photograph, three reference letters, and university offers or evidence of applications.
If a university’s course applications open after the scholarship deadline, the specified admission evidence may follow by 29 January 2027. This exception does not apply to the three references or other required documents.
