About the Boundless Fellowship
The Boundless Fellowship is designed to support a new generation of conservation leaders.
The programme brings together early- and mid-career conservationists from around the world through experiential learning, mentorship and collaboration.
Fellows work across disciplines and borders to develop solutions, connect with communities and contribute to conservation in their home landscapes.
The Head of Fellowship Experience will help shape the experiences that connect Fellows with mentors, landscapes, communities and one another.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Design and lead immersive Boundless Encounters connecting leadership, ecology and community.
- Curate virtual sessions that maintain engagement between in-person gatherings.
- Mentor and guide Fellows throughout their fellowship journeys.
- Build and strengthen the Fellowship’s alumni network.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on programme design and delivery.
- Help ensure the Fellowship reflects its focus on learning through place, community connection and cross-generational mentorship.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The position may involve fellowship experiences in landscapes including the Amazon, Northern Great Plains and Brazil’s Cerrado.
