About the Oxfam Programme Officer Role
The Programme Officer will support project implementation with local partners across Myanmar, focusing on:

Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership and Management:

Programme Design and Coordination:

Capacity Building:
- Conduct partner capacity assessments, coaching, and mentoring.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL):
- Implement MEAL systems, track project results, and facilitate learning.
- Ensure adherence to donor obligations and high-quality reporting.
Safety, Security, and Safeguarding:
- Comply with Oxfam’s safety and security policies.
- Uphold safeguarding policies, including PSEA and child protection.
- Promote gender equity, diversity, and staff wellbeing.
Who Can Apply?
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in humanitarian response, disaster management, resilience, or development programming.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, localisation approaches, and coordination mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Myanmar and English languages.
