Following training, fellows spend the majority of their time embedded within their assigned organisation while continuing weekly professional development and receiving ongoing technical support throughout the fellowship.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have less than two years of full-time work experience.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Be comfortable working with Claude AI.
  • Be willing to relocate if required.

There are no educational background requirements, making the fellowship accessible to applicants from diverse academic and professional pathways.
