The Kurita Water and Environment Foundation does not transfer grant funds directly to individual researchers.

Instead:

  • Funds are transferred in Japanese Yen or US Dollars to the bank account of the applicant’s affiliated institution.
  • The institution must manage the funds.
  • The institution must provide expense reports to KWEF.
