The programme includes research mentorship and eligible travel support for its Washington, DC convening. Additional location-dependent support may be available.
Who can apply?
Most successful applicants have a strong legal background and expertise in US, EU or UK law and policy. Exceptional applicants from related disciplines may be considered if their research clearly contributes to legal or policy questions. Full-time participation and attendance at the 21–25 June convening are required. Technical researchers must find their own qualified technical supervisor.

Preparing a focused application
An interdisciplinary application works best when the connection between disciplines is explicit. Explain what your method can reveal that a conventional legal analysis might miss, then identify the legal question that makes the result useful. Keep the proposed output realistic for ten weeks. If your project uses data or technical methods, describe the resources and supervision needed. Do not assume that a remote-first programme removes travel commitments; plan for the required convening.
