What the UNESCO Communications Associate Will Do

The selected UN Associate Volunteer will support the Communications and Public Engagement Division and the Partnership and Resource Mobilization Division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting communication and social media campaigns.
  • Maintaining and improving website content through Drupal.
  • Preparing press briefings and sending press releases.
  • Updating media mailing lists.
  • Supporting photography, video shooting and post-production at UNESCO events.
  • Providing editorial and technical assistance for publications.
