About the Internship

The internship supports the InnoBlue sector project, which provides technical advice and develops approaches for a more water-resilient future.

The project works on areas including resilient water management and resilient water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) systems, while supporting policy dialogue and the development of concepts for sustainable water supply and sanitation.

What Will the Intern Do?

The internship focuses mainly on communication and public relations.

Responsibilities may include supporting:

  • Communication and technical enquiries relating to water and WASH.
  • Planning and implementation of national and international events.
  • Research, analysis and writing in German and English.
  • Editorial work for social media, press and GIZ and BMZ communication channels.
  • Development and improvement of websites and online platforms.
  • Communication consulting within the project team.
  • Factsheets, presentations, website articles, reports, videos and social media graphics.
  • Knowledge management and monitoring.
