What Palantir Internships Involve
Palantir describes its internship programme as a small, hands-on programme designed to help students develop technical skills and build meaningful professional connections.
Interns can expect exposure to Palantir’s products and technology through practical work, product demonstrations, technical talks, leadership Q&As and professional development activities.
Depending on the available vacancy, internships can span different areas, with Palantir stating that the majority are technical while also offering opportunities in areas such as engineering and recruiting.
Internship Experience
During the first week, interns complete Intern Onboarding, where they learn about Palantir systems, meet their intern cohort and receive training on Gotham or Foundry.
Each intern is paired with a Lead and a Mentor. The Mentor provides day-to-day support, while the Lead tracks progress and helps ensure the intern is developing and contributing meaningful value.
Interns may also interact with recruiters, affinity groups, programme managers and other members of their cohort.
