Applications checked 5 October 2026. Capgemini Invent is recruiting Associate Consultants for its Business Technology pathway. The current window covers February, April and June 2027 starts and closes on 9 October at 5pm. Later 2027 intakes have a separate window opening on 15 October.
About the programme
This pathway combines consulting with practical technology transformation. Participants may help with research, business analysis, stakeholder workshops and delivery projects. Roles include digital business analysis, cloud and infrastructure consulting, digital trust and junior architecture.
Benefits and development
The advertised contract is permanent. The Accelerate journey lasts approximately 19–21 months, with induction, consulting training, coaching and client experience. A cash salary is not stated in the notice reviewed.
Eligibility and working arrangements
Applicants need at least a 2:2 degree, completed before their proposed start. All degree backgrounds are welcomed; analytical thinking, communication and an interest in technology matter. These roles are based in London, with hybrid work and possible client travel. This is not a fully remote opportunity. Pre-employment and security checks apply; applicants should check immigration and work-permission requirements directly.
Application process and documents
Use the official vacancy for reference 567986 and choose the relevant start date. Prepare accurate education and experience details, a current CV and any additional documents requested by the application form. The vacancy does not publish a universal attachment checklist.
Review the vacancy and apply through Capgemini.
Prepare evidence for a consulting application
Before writing your answers, choose two or three examples showing how you solved a problem with other people. A university assignment, student society project or volunteer role can be useful if you explain your own contribution clearly.
For each example, identify the problem, the information you used, the decision you helped make and the result. If you built a dashboard, explain the question it answered. If you improved a process, explain who benefited and how you checked the improvement. Avoid describing a group outcome as entirely your own work.
Use the job description to decide which examples deserve space. You do not need to claim expertise in every technology mentioned. Show what you know, what you have practised and what you want to learn. This is editorial application advice, not an additional employer requirement.
