Who can apply?
The programme is for experienced people working in or alongside collaborative organisations. Fellows contribute knowledge during September–February, then join the March–August community phase. At least two contributions are needed to qualify for that second phase.

Preparing a focused application
Choose a case you know well enough to discuss beyond the success story. Explain the decision, the constraints, the alternatives considered and what the network learned. Obtain permission before sharing internal documents or naming partners. A useful contribution can describe an unresolved challenge as long as the context and learning are clear. Before applying, decide how much time you can reasonably devote to writing, discussion and feedback.
