Vacancy checked 5 October 2026. ASML is recruiting for its Sourcing and Supply Chain Graduate Acceleration Program in Veldhoven, Netherlands, with a preferred January 2027 start.
About the programme
The two-year development programme accompanies a specialist supply-chain role. Applicants may be considered for buying, supplier coordination, project coordination or fulfilment positions. There are no job rotations. Support includes roughly ten training days annually, a company mentor and an external coach.
Eligibility and benefits
Applicants need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduation before starting, fluent English and no more than six months of relevant employment, excluding internships.
The hybrid position starts with a one-year contract, with an intention to offer indefinite employment afterwards. Advertised benefits include salary, 40 days’ paid leave, a thirteenth-month payment, 8% holiday allowance, pension and commuting support.
Application process and deadline
Apply through ASML by 18 October 2026 at 23:59 CEST. Selection includes a recorded video interview and, for shortlisted candidates, an onsite selection day on 19 November.

Prepare evidence of your contribution
A supply-chain application becomes more useful when it explains a decision, the information behind it and the outcome. Consider a coursework exercise, internship or part-time role where you tracked stock, compared suppliers, planned deliveries or analysed a process. Explain your own work clearly and distinguish estimates from measured results.
For example, describe how you identified an inconsistent data field, corrected the underlying records and checked the effect on a planning report. If the work was a classroom simulation, label it that way. Avoid presenting a team result as an individual achievement.
Before submitting, review your graduation date and work history against the eligibility limit. Prepare an up-to-date CV and the documents requested by the application portal. Think about which specialist area interests you and why; a broad interest in technology alone does not explain your fit for supply-chain work. These are editorial preparation suggestions, not extra ASML requirements.
