The Birmingham Masters Scholarship 2027 provides a £3,000 tuition-fee reduction for eligible students starting a taught master’s degree in January or September 2027. The University of Birmingham advertises more than 200 awards.
Who can apply?
The scholarship criteria cover Home-fee applicants domiciled in the UK or Ireland who have not previously studied at Birmingham. Applicants must be self-funding or using a postgraduate government loan, and must not already be registered on a postgraduate programme.
The course must be an eligible 180-credit taught master’s. Research degrees, postgraduate certificates and diplomas, and other listed exclusions do not qualify. Graduates of Midlands universities receive priority consideration.
