The RSNA Medical Student Research Grant 2027 supports supervised student research in radiology and related disciplines.
Funding and commitment
RSNA’s Research and Education Foundation provides US$3,000, and the sponsoring department must contribute another US$3,000. The resulting US$6,000 supports the student stipend. Recipients undertake eight to ten full-time research weeks within a one-year project period.
Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time students at accredited North American medical schools and RSNA members in good standing. Student membership is free. Research must take place in a North American educational institution’s radiology, radiation oncology or nuclear medicine department, with a scientific adviser. Only one Foundation grant application is permitted per year, with no concurrent Foundation award.
